Washington, D.C. - February, 2003

Went to Washington for a week to take a course through work. I stayed in the downtown core, and spent a day and a half wandering around sightseeing. Saw the White House, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Capitol Building, Union Station, U.S. Botanic Garden, National Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institute, National Air & Space Museum, and even the Pentagon (from a distance)!! Unfortunately I did not have time to get to the Arlington Cemetery, but I hope to visit it some day.
